Sažetak
This paper is reflected in the construction of dry marina in Croatian maritime area as a significant expansion of nautical tourism, which increases not only the tourism potential of nautical tourism, but the overall tourism. The paper is analyzing and evaluating the possible ways of achieving direct and indirect effects of the launch of individual investment projects.
