Sažetak
The significance of this paper is that it demonstrates the importance of a project approach organizing, managing and governing investment projects in the business system, so too in the bank. The paper suggests the significant role that banks are in different phases of the lifecycle of the investment project and that from the aspect of investors and thus also from the perspective the artist. This paper gives an example of organizing the project matrix organization in the bank.
