Sažetak
Communication skills and information literacy are a very important part of higher education, particularly for those groups of students under-represented by gender, age, cultural diversity or disability. This case study of student exchange programs between America and Europe was designed for the purpose of developing trans-cultural competencies that will be evaluated in this research.
