Sažetak
The relationship between mold biomass and the biosynthesis of T-2 toxin and ochratoxin A on whole and crushed barleycorn at temperatures from 10-30^oC and a water content in the substrate of 20-40% has been investigated.The experiments have been carried out with the toxigenous mold Fusarium graminearum ZMPBF 1244 in pure culture and in mixed culture respectively,later with the ochratoxigenous mold Aspergillus ochraceus NRRL 3174
