Sažetak
He enhanced architecture of the wide area monitoring (WAM) system with parallel operation of two phasor data concentrators (PDCs) has been developed. It comprises real time acquisition of phasor measurements into different central units and a completely configurable as well as custom-made interface for different user types. The presented architecture contains features of communicating and collecting synchronized measurements from different sources such as the PDC, virtual PMUs, and synchrophasor vector processor (SVP). It has been made possible for the developed architecture to exchange data with existing SCADA (such as topology of power transmission system). Collected data are filtered and processed with the originally developed algorithm for power system real time monitoring purpose.
