Sažetak
This case-study examines reconstitution of urban identity of Zagreb through study of re-naming of streets and changes in the network of monuments. These processes are seen as signs of a change of urban identity and also as mechanisms leading to such changes. Conceptual starting point is that monuments and names of streets and squares do not only indicate identities, they are themselves also a component in their pro¬duc¬tion.
