Sažetak
The presence and growth of mycotoxin producing fungi on food commodities represent a serious and worldwide problem. Different strategies are applied in pre and post harvest period to control the fungal growth and presence of mycotoxins in food and feed but none of them has solved the problem. In this work the possibility of use of some novel compounds in mycotoxin control is discussed.
