Sažetak
The objective of this investigation was to study chitosan microspheres as carriers for hydrocortisone. Microspheres with entrappedhydrocortisone or hycrocrotisone-hydroxypropy-beta-cyclodextrin inclusion complex were prepared by the spray-drying technique. The physicochemical characteristics of microspheres and in vivo absorption of the drug were investigated.
