Sažetak
The general methodology applied in developing projects/programmes is the project cycle methodology of the European Commission. In 1992, the Commission adopted the so called Project Cycle Management - PCM, a set of management tools and project framework based on the method of analysis which is referred to as the Logical Framework. The Logical Frameworks had been used already in OECD. The goal of PCM was and still is, to improve management of external cooperation activities - projects and programmes of all kinds - keeping in mind essential issues andgeneral condtions while designing and implementing projects and programs. The article discusses the Logical Framework as one of the key components of a project cycle.
