Sažetak
Informational and communicational development brought new dangers for citizen's rights, privacy and gave birth to the new alliance in fighting for their protection. Security that lies in legal procurement and detailed procedures of international standards created in order to prevent and efficiently sanction those illegal acts present the key to protection of personal rights. Also, developing the personal concence on need to protect yo by using software solutions, cryptography or making restrictions on access to personal data from the third parties will, slowely but securely, make difference.
