Sažetak
In the process of integration of children with learning difficulties into the regular primary school curriculum, of particular importance is teacher and her/his approach to such children. Apart from the individualization in teaching curriculum, the amount of support which each teacher is willing to provide to such pupils will significantly influence their success. The results of investigations of educational and social interactions conducted in classrooms, often stressed out social interaction conducted in classrooms, often stressed out one factor, which can be described as directive attitude, or the need for influencing teacher's behaviour in particular educational situation. As such this variable is connected with extroversion, determining specific pattern of social interaction. The aim of this investigation was to chack possible connections between aspects of authorative bahaviour and perceived personal competence for the teacher's role, self respect, locus of control and anxiousness. Subject participating in this study are regular primary school teachers who have integrated pupil with learning difficulties in their classroom.
