Sažetak
In this work the patulin synthesis and the growh of mold P.expansum ZMPBF 565 in liquid media in pure and mixed cultures with the mold Penicillium sp. ZMPBF 501 isolated from apples have been investigated .Experiments were carried out with stationary cultures at 4^oC in refrigerator and at room temperature during 15 days.
