Sažetak
A beneficial effect of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) on vein graft patency has been reported. Some patients experience adverse events despite ASA treatment. These events could be caused by inappropriate response to ASA. The aim of this study was to define preoperative ASA resistance using Multiple electrode aggregometry (MEA) in a group of patients undergoing CABG. The study was prospective and observational. ASA resistance was evaluated using ASPI test.
