Sažetak
The paper presents an environmental consideration of different cogeneration systems. The state of the art and development trends of emission reduction abatement techniques are described. Cogeneration systems based on advanced combustion techniques (fluidised bed combustion) for steam plants, gas turbines and internal combustion engines are analysed and compared in regarding to their environmental impacts. Impacts on the plants output and efficiency are described for presented techniques, with their perspectives in increasingly stringent exhaust emissions regulations.
