Sažetak
The paper analyses the issue od discrimination of HIV-Positive people and core international documents thereof in the light of the Case of Kiyutin v. Russia. The latter represents a landmark case of the European Court of Human Rights in which the Court came down with the first judgement confirming the discrimination on the ground of HIV status.
