Sažetak
The work elaborates on a numerical procedure for axial-symmetrical plate bending. The knowledge so far acquired on the plate bending process, is presented as the introduction to the first part of this work.
Analysing the data obtained by the finite element method and checking of individual cases, experiments were conducted to find the factors that influence stresses, displacements and force during application of load to circular plate and after its removal.
These factors are: material of the circular plate, bending radius of the of circular plate, diameter of the circular plate, thickness of the circular plate and method of loading of the circular plate.
This paper gives an analysis of several factors which might influence the above mentioned values. The purpose of the paper is first of all to offer a preliminary calculation method of the finite element simulation. This calculation can ensure establishment of several variables which significantly influence plastic deformation with acceptable reliability, and within certain limits.
