Sažetak
The work presented in this paper tends to analyse the influence of different data sets on the wind turbine IEC class assessment. The two basic criteria will be tested ; 50 year reoccurring extreme 10 minute wind speed and turbulence distribution (90 percentile over a range of wind speeds). The tests will be done for six measurement locations with data available for around two consecutive years. All six locations are situated in the Croatian costal counties. Each test will be done only for the measurement location (no vertical or horizontal extrapolations) with different data sets: first year, second year, one and a half years and two years. The intention is to determine the sensitivity of the results depending on the different inputs and also to put these results in relation with the measurement site complexity.
