Sažetak
Mixed results in transition performance during the last decade have given ground to opposing arguments concerning the estimates of successes and failures in achieving stable and prosperous market oriented national economy fully integrated into modern European and Global economy have opened wide professional discussions. In Croatian case The acceptable way to delve into the confusing world of bickering arguments on the state and perspective of the Croatian economy could be construction of a simple three by two scheme. In that scheme three separate levels are restructuring i.e. privatization, stabilization, and development each of them judged by to criteria, strength and weaknesses.
