City of Zagreb's official website (www.zagreb.hr) has been analyzed in a survey (Rutgers E-Governance Performance Index) in order to evaluate to what degree it represents a secure online environment where up-to-date information about the local government agencies and departments are easily accessed, as well as the website's focus on the needs of citizens, state residents, local government officials and employees and local businesses, by examining website's structure and all links to evaluate specific questions.
