Sažetak
The author interprets legal concept of constitutional identity and its differences from the sociological concept of the constitutional identity as national identity made by constitution. The author determines the constitutional identity of the Republic of Croatia and suggests acceptance of constitutional review regarding material constitutionality of the constitutional amendments in the Republic of Croatia as a necessary condition for the protection of state sovereignty and active participation in the constitutional pluralism of European Union.”
