Sažetak
The physical characterization of the electrochemical gold deposits on eutectic gold - silicon were tested. Reflection of te electrochemical gold deposit were measured in the dependence of composition of eutectic and platig solutions, and parameter's structure which SEM and AES analysis. Examined deposits were obtained from citrate solution with and without thaluim. Samples used in the experiments of physical characterization were prepared from monocrystal silicon wafers of crystalographic orientation (111) and (100). On the back-side there was a thin layer of gold which has been previo-usly deposited using vacuum vapourization method and then alloyed at 703 K in atmosphere of nitrogen, so an eutectic Au - Si alloy was achieved.
