Sažetak
Freedom of speech or expression is one of the civil (political) rights, finding its place in each and every charter of rights since it is of extreme importance for every individual respectively but also for the society as a whole. Freedom of speech, like most of the other fundamental human rights, cannot be legally regulated in a precise way and its application in judicial practice implies the judges’ philosophical and theoretical knowledge of law. The goal of this paper is to research freedom of speech from the aspect of rights theory.
