Sažetak
Mastering specialized phraseological and metaphorical units is the field of law is a difficult task for all the professionals dealing with legal language: lawyers, legal translators, terminologists, LSP teachers, as it is for law students and lay persons, too. The paper discusses different types of phraseological and metaphorical multiword units in the cross-linguistic perspective(English - Croatian - German)and challenges their interpretation different cultures.
