Sažetak
Given is the historiography of early Christian archaeoloogy in northern Croatia (southern Pannonia), which is characterized by the disparity between the abundant written sources and scanty archaeological evidence, the latter mostly resulting from insufficient research. On balance, the historiography of the early Christianity of the area is abundant in works dealing with history in the narrow sense of the word, while archaeological literature is defficient.
