Sažetak
The Great folk-medicine book of Sinj was made around 1750. and is currently kept in the archive of the Fransciscan monastery in Sinj. It contains about 1700 recipes in which plants are the most widely used material, but the other materials as well. A part of the manuscript deals with epilepsy treatment and the respective transcript from "bosanska poljančica" to the Latin alphabet is published here for the first time.
