Sažetak
Sustainable economic development at macro and microeconomic level may contribute most to realization of development strategy, as a modern social value. Sustainable development in economy implies a critical, liable and active relation of economic subjects towards all elements of ecological management during economic activities, which are the part of the Business Charter for Sustainable Development, and international and national ISO 14000 standards. Development of Euro- Eco-Management system as the highest form of ecological management should be understood sociologically as a specific social process which promotes economy and ecology with its realization. Only professional elites of eco-managers are able to realize eco-management in an enterprise.
