Sažetak
In this PhD seminar presentation a full PCB circuit-EM co-simulation technique is presented. An amplifier test case has been simulated and measured and an excellent fitting is achieved up to 3 GHz. A new test case in mixed-connector environment will be measured, and in order to be able to do it, an hybrid between an in situ calibration and de-embedding method is presented. The measured results show that the calibration works up to 3 GHz, however, the calibration technique still has to be compared to other calibration techniques for mixed-connector environment like the deembedding method and the unknown thru method.
