Sažetak
Investigation included the sample of 200 primary school teachers who teach classes with at least one integrated child with learning difficulties. In order to assess personality traits, the folloving measuring instruments were used: Eysenck's Personality Questionarie and Directive Attitude Scale, while Minnesota Teacher Attitude Inventory was used to assess attitude toward teaching. Result show some interesting correlations between the measured dependent variables, as well as significant influence of teacher's age, and the type of teaching (class or subject teacher, academic and non academic, different subjects) on attitude toward teaching. These findings can be applied in improving the integration process.
