Sažetak
Reflexive Deliberative Poliarchy has obviously crated a general framework for OMC. It follows that the OMC is a combination of policy instrument, an iterative policy process and coordination strategy. The result of this mixity is a potential reflexive reform strategy for realising its theoretical promise as a new model of governance.
