Sažetak
The paper will analyse particularities of the process of air-conditioning in operating rooms giving special attention to the achievement of the wanted, i.e. standardised, "cleanliness" of the space, as well as, microclimatic states. For that purpose, the principles of air distribution will be considered respecting requests for technological solutions of (particular) places. Furthermore, the paper will deal with problems of management and pressure control in relation to surrounding areas. Different regimes of the functioning of the system related to permanent maintenance of an appropriate micro-hygiene and energy management will be analysed in particular. In this respect, the paper will show the application of sophisticated control systems and maintenance of appropriate physical quantities, which determine micro-hygienic requirements of the space.
