Sažetak
The goal of this Project was to prepare the project application “South Industrial Zone Sisak” for the IPA IIIc programme. Standard methodology for the analysis of costs and benefits of the construction zone was applied, which consists of financial and economic analysis for a period of 25 years, and the sensitivity analysis and risk assessment. In addition to the cost-benefit analysis of the enhancement of the infrastructure in South Industrial Zone, an application form was prepared and other documents checked.
