Sažetak
”New musicology” is a usual term for the direction in the musicology of the English-speaking world rising after mid- eighties. This musicological direction differs from the precedent ones at both epistemological and social levels. The article addresses some of the paradoxa at both levels and contains a short bibliography on the subject.
