Sažetak
Monovalent vaccine agains anthrax (ANTI-ANTHRAX VACCINE; PLIVA) and spore concentration of Bacillus anthracis Sterne 34 F2 bacteria were characterized by light microscope, scanning EM and transmission EM. Spore strucers could be analyzed using TEM as well as various sporulation levels enabling the determination od exact moment of transition between production-technology phases. The places of antigen and adjuvant (aluminum hydroxide)connections and relationship towards biomass were established by SEM.
