Sažetak
Our previous understanding of the transport in the bulk and injection at the contacts is extended and combined into the full model of OLED. Numerical simulations on the full model and analytical solutions for the limiting cases resulted in a rather comprehensive understanding of various crossover regimes in the transport. In particular we present the effects that the details of the contact layer have on the overall performance of the device.
