Sažetak
The title compound, tetrapotassium disodium decavanadate decahydrate, is a double salt containing the well known [V_1_0O_2_8]^6^- anion. The cenrosymmetric polyanion consists of ten VO_6 edge-sharing octahedra, distorted due to the displacment of the V atoms towaeds the terminal O atoms. The Na^+ cation, on an inversion centre, is surrounded by six water molecules in a distorted octahedral arrangement. Each of the two K^+ ions, both also on inversion centres, is irregularly surrounded by eight O atoms from water molecules and polyoxoanions.
