Sažetak
We have developed an OLED transport and injection numerical code. The model contains a detailed description of contacts including the dipolar layer formation, thermoionic and tunneling injection, as well as the space charge effects, field dependent mobilities and recombination processes. The crossovers between different regimes of the diode operation is summarized through a series of examples of single-layer and bilayer devices
