Sažetak
The intensive changes in enterprises structure structure, with the emphases on small and medium enterprises, has the greate importance for the process of economic transition and the economic development in the Republic of Croatia. The small enterprises existed chifly in private sector, only in the restricted number of economic activities. Their advantage lies in greater market and technical-technological flexibility and adaptibility.
