Sažetak
Public Administration Reform, Public Internal Financial Control and Government Performance Management all share common objectives related to effectiveness, efficiency and economy, citizen-centricity, transparency, participation and inclusion. eGovernment Interoperability Framework can be used as a mechanism supporting strategy execution and cutting through organizational silos. There is a need to connect interoperability platforms and these governmental programmes in order to create synergies and speed up the reforms.
