Sažetak
Having in mind a constant decrease in total number of banks in most of the countries in the world, as accelerated dissapearance of the smallest ones from the market, as well as their assumed importance in the total system of external financing, it is not surprising that contemporary science has been paying more attention to the issue of establishing new banks. The paper analyses the determinants of new established banks surival.
