Sažetak
Postal and logistic knowledge (about technology, process, regulation etc.) is dispersed in different humans, organizations, manuals, ect. Considerable part of postal and logistic specific knowledge is stored in people at individual level or within group of people which work together. Using general concept of knowledge management we suggest effective approach to knowledge management in postal and logistic domain which can be important for regulation activities and integrated postal management. Specific knowledge can be technology-specific knowledge, context-specific knowledge and both (context and technology specific knowledge). Technology-specific knowledge is deep knowledge about postal and logistics process, tools and techniques. Important part of postal knowledge is stored in practices, organizational routines, norms that are developed trough experience over time. Developing of domain ontology include vocabulary for referring to a subject area and logical statements expressing the constraints in the domain. Specific postal and logistic ontology provides vocabulary for representing and communicating knowledge. In globalised environment there is growing problem of interoperability different information system which share and combine knowledge in collaboration process.
