Sažetak
The equilibrium cycle core model for uprated NPP Krško conditions using the computer code package FUMACS has been developed. 18-month and 24-month equilibrium cycles for single and split feed enrichment batches were generated in that model. The analysis of these preliminary loading patterns for 18-month and 24-month equilibrium cycley showed that it is possible to design the 18-month and 24-month cycle cores for the NPP Krško from a fuel management standpoint. The burnup, power distribution, and peaking factors generated with the preliminary low leakage loading patterns indicate that these parameters will not preclude the design and operation of 18-month cycle or 24-month cycle.
