Sažetak
Modified short multifactorial concept was applied so as to evaluate the working parameters which jeopardize the accuracy of determination of Cu(II) in matrices simulating 1:5 whole rat liver homogenates by FAAS. The effects of seven variable parameters on calibration sensitivity were statistically tested with an emphasis on acidity of aqueous standards as an accuracy-limiting factor. The results pointed to the fact that 1.0 mol/L HCl was a medium of choice for whole liver homogenization prior to determination of Cu(II). Moreover, aqueous standard solutions were sufficient for reliable analysis.
