Sažetak
The unstoppable growth of market demand for good knowledge workers in an imperative for educational institutions to continuously improve their programmes and provide to young people the best possible approach to the business world. We analyze responses of the faculties of economy in the Republic of Croatia by means of a survey. Our wish is to find the connection between the awareness in application of ICT with the basic principles of TQM, all this in relation to the use of e-learning systems.
