Sažetak
The basic idea presented in this paper is to change the parameters of a PI controller, while that controller is guiding the system to its new stationary state, in order to reduce system response overshoot. This is made possible by calculating new parameters for the PI controller based on the parameters of the new stationary state that the system is trying to reach. As demonstrated by the results presented in this paper, the proposed approach for calculating and changing parameters of the PI controller proved superior to other commonly used approaches which use only one set of the parameters for the PI controllers
