Sažetak
Within the scope of the project, the methodology for the preparation and implementation of cost- benefit analysis was prepared for the application to the IPA tenders during June 2010 as a basis for evaluating the social benefits of building infrastructural objects within the business zones. 20 cost-benefit analyses were made that are annexed to applications for IIIc IPA Operational Programme for Regional Competitiveness of the Republic of Croatia. Help in making applications was intended for public sector applicants. Along the development of cost benefit analysis of the project the purpose was to work with beneficiaries and applicators to IPA tenders and to transfer knowledge. The training for potential users of IPA funds was prepared and conducted, the manual for developing cost-benefit analysis and the dictionary of key terms used in the economic and financial analysis were made.
