Sažetak
Budget users have different, often conflicted, objectives and tasks and it's therefore difficult to measure and evaluate their performance. In doing so, they could use individual profit entities performance indicators, but to create a complete picture about the success of the programs and budget users it's necessary to define performance indicators tailored to their structure and definition. The paper explores the achieved level of development of performance measurement and monitoring of budget users in Croatia.
