Sažetak
The geochemical study of barites from Rostovo area has revealed that: a) their SrSO4 contents are high, b) the REE contents are low, c) their sulphur isotopes correspond to values in sulphates of Permian sea, d) their significantly elevated oxygen isotopes point to overprinting in the Upper Permian/Lower Triassic period ; e) their trace element data indicate the presence of Au- and Ag rich Hg-Cu-Sb tetrahedrite and accessory galena. All this characteristics are also typical for other barites in MBSM.
