Sažetak
This paper presents a procedure for determining of the spectrum of wind force named Jugo, based on direct measurements by dynamic SDOF oscillator. Measurements have been performed on the Mosor Mountain foothills placed at the north-east of Split (240 m above sea level). The main elements of the procedure are determining of the elastic response spectrum for the measured wind forces and a windows- wavelet transform which extracts a constant component of the wind force from the incitement. The knowing of the elastic wind spectrum and the constant component of the wind force make it possible to transform the elastic wind spectrum to a non-dimensional form. For series of recordings of the measured wind force, the average value of the spectrum can be determined. The scale of the spectrum is determined by the time of averaging and average wind velocity. The procedure for the correction of the scale for different time of averaging and different average wind velocity is proposed, which makes it possible the mapping of the response spectrum for the observed location to the other location with the known average wind velocity. In this paper the averaging wind velocity of 95 km/h and increment of averaging of T=1 s are used as a basis for the construction of non-dimensional spectrum.
