Sažetak
Continuous growth and development of computer applications to better modeling of the field of medical CAD /CAM system. With the help of developed a number of technological systems, medical diagnostics such as CT and MRI -and, significantly improved planning and control of operational procedures, and reduced the rate of complications during endoscopic procedures. There was a strong need for increased hours of practice on differents models to the percentage of unwanted complications was reduced to a minimum. The authors would like to get anatomical model with the help of the device is divided into 16 equal parts. The model included the major anatomical areas of the nose and paranasal sinuses. Are divided into: front cover /face/, frontal sinuses, maxillary sinuses, ethmoidal and sphenoidal sinuses. For Simplicity omitted the other structures of the head. Smaller dimensions allow for a model that can "operate" in every area of health care institutions. Studied was done from materials that can be processed as tissue, ie with instruments used in surgery of the nose and paranasal sinuses. Section thickness is 5 mm, so that in making castings were available all the paranasal sinuses. With the help of computer programs developed by 3D MODEL which is then divided into several sections. In each phase is made of quality cross-section, made the 2D and documentation provided by the Traceability of technological documentation. In the new simulations to learn surgical procedures and work endoscope are transparent, easier to detect deficiencies of surgical skills of a surgeon endoscopists -a trainee.
