Sažetak
Motional and structural heterogeneity of multiphase polymer systems on a nanoscale level have been studied by many experimental techniques. The application of electron spin resonance (ESR) spectroscopy (spin label and spin probe methods) in heterogeneous polymer systems has been reviewed in 2000, and this chapter compiles the new literature data over the past decade. Studies on various types of polymers such as copolymers, grafted polymers, blends, crosslinked polymers, semi-interpenetrating networks (SIPNs), composites, nanocomposites, and other polymer multiphase systems were presented, and the relationship between structure and motional heterogeneity or homogeneity is discussed.
